Without it...

I have been enjoying this Thanksgiving break to the fullest! What I mean when I say that is I have been relaxing, visiting family and friends, partying and not leaving one calorie behind!!!
Maybe I wouldn't feel so bad about the 93874982474 meals I've consumed this break if I would have worked out at least once. I must say though, I have been waking up real late these past few days and feeling tired throughout the day....
Needless to say, I am pretty excited about going back to my normal routine tomorrow morning and finally feeling energized and renewed =]
YAY!

So, I leave you with this....
What is something you enjoy after going long periods without it?

ANOther day, another breath

Sometimes it feels like its raining out when it really isin't.
Better keep your rainboots on hand =]

So I leave you with this,
What things do you think would help you be more "prepared" in life?
Do you ever really "expect the unexpected"?

A New Path

I went bike riding  the other day for like the first time in years! I brought a friend along... always awesome! LOL
We just started riding around and ended up a few developments over and we spotted this path that we,,,,and there was a time portal there waiting to..... jk sooo.....discovered once before, though never quite made it all the way through to see where it ends.. where it pop pops on-out--of.yadiggg This path has lots&loads ov' logs and dead, fallen trees blocking thy way...

BUT THEN!!,..
We decided to get off the bikes and pick them up whenever need.Be and we made it through all the way. I could not believe what a gorgeous site I have missed out on in all this time I've lived in this suburbia. It was so exhilarating. I think I might have gotten high off the morning air for a second or two.haha maybe n0t =] I was just so happy!

I reflected on the environment for a few and thought
.... In high school, I might not have stopped to look at a tree, or a cloud and say "wow, that's beautiful!" Today, I am able try really heard to appreciate much of the beauty others may take for granted ..

...can't wait to go back!! The colors of the leaves, the water surrounding the trail, the noise all the little woodsy critters make - It really is my therapy =]

So, I leave you with this....
what is your therapy?

I am embarking on a new chapter in my life

I want to greet the morning for the rest of my life....
These past few weeks I have been waking up early (even on days not necessary) and partaking in a variety of different activities. I find that routine activities might have the tendency to get boring, so why not switch it up?? Once you establish a "waking up early" routine, you will find that the possibilities of the different things you can accomplish in a given morning are ENDLESS - no matter what age!

What I have found most valuable (and what I hope others may find as motivation)
is that the days I have allowed my self to sleep in, I have dragged through the day sluggishly and tired. This equation did not quite make sense to me... sleep + more sleep = tired?
On the other hand, the days I woke early to greet the morning, I found highly productive! I could not believe how energetic I felt all day (more or less anyway) =]

At first, I found this valuable to me. "Oh I'll just wake up early when I can, and I'll feel better through out my day!" But that is just how it started out...
Over the course of a month, I found that waking up early to do anything - workout (mostly), clean, do homework, walk the dog, pack lunches, do laundry - was transforming EVERY asset of my life! I had control over things... things were finally falling in place through my commitment of accomplishing tasks bright and early! I came to realize that waking up early must become my new lifestyle! I feel better than I have in years! Now, my view is "Wow I can't wait to get up and conquer the obstacles of today!"
I love life <3

So I leave you with this,
what lifestyle changes will you make, in this short, short life, to lead a happier, more productive life?
WHAT'S STOPPING YOU??!!?!?
